Project DescriptionIn this project the pedestrian and automobile access to the lot are made by the north side, adjoining the main Street, thus exempting the spaces for the South and West areas of leisure and garden. It is also the North that access to housing, and the transition between interior and exterior done by an intermediate area covered. It also created a second access in a more reserved, near the kitchen. As noted above, in terms of volume and given the constraints offered by the terrain, there was the need to extend along the housing, looking up however, a visual and spatial continuity between the interior , the open spaces and the surroundings. In this context, and given their own solar orientation, we sought the definition of two distinct zones in terms of views and exposure. On the one hand an area that relates to the North with views of the lagoon and on the other, over an area facing south in search of warmth and sunlight, thus achieving a leisure area by the pool and garden more enjoyable. Thus, the housing around the east coast projected itself visually to the pond to the north, and south to the garden, looking rather more permeable a greater relationship between exterior and interior, as well as sun exposure. The entrance area gives access to a hall that distributes to the various spaces, integrating the access stairs to the upper floor. It also proposed the creation of a courtyard next to the hall, which is providing light to enter, and at the same time, enhance the relationship between indoors and outdoors, relationship that is sought to ensure all spaces.
