А house with architecture of Alpine chalet, where stone and wood are naturally connected. Here the visible wooden structural elements are entangled with the glass, and the facade is decorated with wooden "embroidery" on the eaves. The spacious windows on the south facade are shaded by the terrace and the deep eaves. The house is made of prefabricated wooden panels over reinforced concrete foundation. The facades and roof are ventilated and are fulfilled by details similar to the required for Passive House. The building has one underground and two above-ground levels. In the basement there is a cellar and a storage. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with areas with soft seating, fireplace, dining room and separated by a glass wall kitchen. At this level there is also bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom, porch, garage with two parking spaces and service rooms. On the upper level there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and a spacious play room opened to the terrace.
