Located on the Northwest of the terrain, the building is anchored to the road, minimizing the occupation of the land in order to preserve the existing vineyards. At the entrance to the property is assigned a terrace, facing the street, opposite to the private leisure area, facing the East, whose landscape is marked by the pool and vineyards. The guidance of the vineyards and the monitoring of the slope of the land, are the genesis of the project's concept. The matrix is based on the geometric spacing of the vines. The volume is projected to be built on to it, which sees itself as an extensive "roof garden" with rural character. The formal option, simplicity and geometric rigor, with massive expression facing the road, is decomposed into a set of full and empty that allows each of the internal spaces to see the landscape. The interaction inside/outside is a constant presence in this house, whether in social or in private spaces: the social area exposed to the vineyards to the south and east; and private rooms, to the north Walnut trees. The materials were chosen to enhance the combination of volumes, with the use of painted plaster in the volume of the garage and black lacquered zinc in the main body housing. Its neutral colors allow the house and the green vineyards to stand out.
