The site of this project has an advantageous location. There are nice views to the distant mountains as the site faces the extensive river. The river is calm usually, but has been flooded in the past to road height by heavy rainfalls. We avoided any flooding risks by providing a high foundation and floor level. We also made use of the site with depth in the north-south orientation that ensures the expansive views to the mountain and river.

As a result of our studies of the site, we designed the constitution of the house, which rises gradually with different levels. Furthermore, we made sectional openings between each levels. Light, air circulation, and views can pass through these openings from inside to outside and vice versa.
