Holiday home or weekend, located along the dam "La Florida" in El Trapiche, San Luis, Argentina, designed for a family of five members of many social life.
We have studied the guidelines and to optimize views. Taking advantage of the winter sunlight, and pergolas that give shadows in summer.
It has landscaped deck to improve thermal insulation and increase the thermal incercia the roof. Solar panels are placed to pre-heat water for a better energy saving.
Have boosted the lake views from every room, and on the ground floor space is continuous and large windows open allowing fluid to a single space with the outside.
Air, breezes, light and visual good are the premises achieved in this project.
