This detached house is formed from a basic program required by the principal. The idea of this is to optimize the areas useful to build a house with the least possible amount of m2 is why the program needs is based on two very clear sectors : social sector and other private . The social sector contains a living room with dining and kitchen , plus a toilette for visits that communicates with the access foyer . On the other hand the private sector consists of two bedrooms, main one with dressing and a secondary with closet, which communicate through a corridor to the bathroom.
The main idea for the development of this building was to implement the building at the northwest end of the field , so the space is divided by 2, leaving 10% of land to the northwest for pedestrian access and vehicle parking. The other 80 % of the land remained with northeast orientation and is prepared to leave a park ready to receive in the future a pool , sun terrace and a barbecue .
Since the program represents only 10% of the land, it is interpreted that the need to develop the same in a single plant. For this two-volume morphologically separate building , a main volume where all the functions are developed, and a volume of wet cell where health services develops. The volume of wet services interacts with field access and is located on the worst case orientation , has a lower height of only 2.40m free , it contains : the foyer of access to housing , toilet, kitchen with breakfast area , bathroom and dressing room. The main volume of the field interacts with the largest sector , generating a whole compared with an expansion that looks at the park, it has a variable height ranging from 4.10m 2.60ma , allowing optimal interior lighting throughout the day . This volume contains : a master bedroom, a second bedroom and the living room.
This house is designed with inexpensive materials where most of them are prefabricated , which shorten the work times and lower costs of labor .
