A small barn and its threshing floor, which were part of a set of ruins, are the starting pointfor this project for a villa, situated in a land with an unattractive surroundings that forces theuse of a semi-indoor patio dug in volumetry. The house appears on the dialogue betweenthe vernacular and the contemporary in the proximity of form and distance of materiality, the relationship of complicity and the overwhelming scale.
