The residence PC was designed for a young family who lives in Brasilia. The
client is a contemporary art lover and commissioned a project with integrated
environments, few divisions and that the external area integrated with the
interior of the house. In formal terms, two volumes designed to compose and
slide over each other.
At the entrance, the ground volume hits the floor and the superior floor glides
to the bottom, leaving the implementation of the house lighter and printing
movement.
Natural materials such as brick, wood and stone were used in this project. On
the upper floor, all rooms overlook a beautiful garden and the swimming pool.
The frames are made with aluminum and wooden slats which facilitates the
maintenance of it in the climate of Brasilia.
The wooden staircase is a sculptural feature and draws attention to the center
of the room. The handrail built into the wall prints lightness.
The multicolored furniture and paintings gives grace and life into the room that
has structural element such as round pillars coated with fillets of wood.
In the social toilet has a large rotating door creating a sophisticated
atmosphere in the environment that was supposed to be hidden.
The office has freijó wood shelves, a glass panel that shows the climbing
plants in the wall, making the view of the environment gets more interesting.
