This project refers to a residence which will be situated in the famous resort of Gstaad on the Swiss Alps. From the beginning of studying the synthetic parameters, Lab4 architects decided that the building should reflect the client's passion for cars combining both landscape materials and contemporary ones, providing a spectacular result through phenomenally antithetic features. "Speed" was decided to be the designing process key factor. The house should reflect the sense of motion through dynamic forms, materials, openings and lights. The prismatic volume of ground floor which is coated with stone refers to local mountain textures and colors. On the other hand, the white color as well as the smoother texture of first flour's materials reminds the Alpine image of this region during winter period.
