PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe project that seeks to meet the present needs and desires set out by the family, opting for a housing arranged on two floors, in which it sought to centralize and make the most circulation spaces in favor of the other compartments. The pedestrian and automobile access to housing is made by the north side, adjoining public road, thereby freeing up spaces in the South and West in the areas of leisure and garden. Was also set up a service entrance, next to the shed, which gives access to the kitchen, making it easier to input purchases. As noted above, in terms of volume and given the constraints offered by the terrain, there was the need to extend along the housing, proposing to side clearances of 1.50 m. In this sense, it was proposed to the north facade almost blind, where the only two openings are fixed and spleen and glass on the other hand, the south facade will be much more permeable seeking a greater relationship between exterior and interior as well as the enjoyment of sun exposure. The entrance area gives access to a hall that distributes to the various compartments and access stairs to the upper floor. On the ground floor are the social spaces and services and on the top floor, more private, will be integrated into family rooms. Regard to the relationship between the compartments and given the small size of the house, sought the creation of fluid spaces and no major visual barriers between them, particularly between the living room, dining area and Hall. In this space was also created a patio / garden that not only gives access to an outdoor seating as well as makes the separation between social and functional.
