A light and most affordable family house, beautifully integrated into the environment.

The shape of the plot and the unique construction zone in the middle of the garden was soon the foundation for an open structure where the interaction inside-outside central.
The house was built as a compact volume, without projections or volume game. On the one hand to preserve the structural simplicity in terms of the budget, on the other hand to the neutral position in the green surroundings.
The spacious and open character was obtained through large windows and the fact that no inner hits a facade on the ground floor. There are vistas, light and contacts created through the circulation zones. The many doors provide flexibility in perception of different areas.
