Location? Paradoxical: on a hill without a view, between houses and UFOs, the surroundings range in scale from hobbit to giant, from family houses to large underground reservoir tanks. Oh, and recently a flying saucer from the Hradec Planetarium landed nearby. There are beautiful plots of land around with views of Hradec, the Krkonoše Mountains, forests and nearby ponds. However, the plot in this location offers nothing, or rather suggests nothing. But you can't help but think: "How little would be enough and it would be a great place. If it were a few meters further away..., if there weren't those heaps of water reservoirs here..., if perhaps the plot were a little higher..." Well, that's right. Here's the starting point. We'll arrange the plot!
CONCEPT
Yes, we'll arrange the terrain as we see fit. We can get higher and look around the region, dig into the ground and light a fire in the fireplace, spread out on the slope and bask in the sun, turn away from the operation of the water tank, turn into the garden, hide in the cellar, dig out a theater. This generates more and more moments and events for us. Basically, we focused on two main features. A residential hill and a house perched on it, looking out into the landscape.
