An outstanding Dostizhenie Hose rises on the shores of a green sea of parks occupying 651 ha, which gives you an opportunity to breathe clean air as if you lived in the countryside. In Moscow, there are almost no places left to live near the center and close to nature. In addition, Dostizhenie features its own landscaped courtyard with an area of 1.7 ha.
The architecture of the Dostizhenie house represents a modern interpretation of the solemn and refined Art Deco style. Elements of the neoclassical style, such as cornices, oriel windows, arches, balconies with decorative metal lattices and peaks tending upwards, contribute to the special solemnity of the building and emphasize its beauty. The building will have 6 entrances. Floors from 21st to 28th will offer panoramic views of the city.
Spacious front lobbies are created in the same style as the architecture of the facades. In lobbies everything is thought out for the comfort and convenience of the residents; each lobby provides for a cozy waiting area, stroller rooms, guest toilets, as well as a reception area with friendly concierges.
Own landscaped courtyard with an area exceeding 1.7 ha is designed as a picturesque valley with flowering shrubs, mature trees, fragrant meadow grasses, paths, and soft evening lighting. Hidden from the noise of the streets, cars, and strangers, the territory of the green oasis is divided into zones for quiet and active recreation.

The project provides for over 115 well-thought-out design solutions so that every resident could make his/her dreams come true and live in comfort without overpaying for extra space. The building offers 1,214 apartments of various formats: studios, apartments with terraces, with a fireplace, with a window in the bathroom or in a dressing room, penthouses with ceilings up to 6.5 meters high and terraces with panoramic views of the parks or the city centre.
The house has a complex of utility systems: a central ventilation system with air filtration, water purification system that ensures the drinking water level, all-year-round hot water system, silent high-speed elevators going all the way down to the parking lot, as well as thought-out preparation for air conditioning installation.
Two underground floors are occupied by a stylish building-like parking for 835 cars with easy navigation.
