A spacious family home with lots of natural light and a general openness.
The property is located on an elongated plot with typical basic building codes. Outwardly we opted for a simple volume; architectural interventions were mainly carried out in the interior.

To break the long "beam-shaped" volume in the interior there are some vertical procedures performed. The increased level above the kitchen creates a relationship with the open upper level and at the same time also retrieves the evening sun inside.
The reduced level of seating gives not only extra height, but also a more personal experience amongst the other living spaces.

The diversity of volumes and a certain playfulness with the dwelling spaces flowing into each get, which makes this spacious home pleasantly cozy.
