The developers intended to establish a 2-storey house with relay floor and garage for 3 cars. The building is completely built with a cellar. The new building is established as a classical masonry construction with weight-bearing walls from lime sandstone as well as ferro-concrete covers. The facade receives in the area of the terraces generous glazings. Hung floor covers are planned by the ground floor up to the relay floor to accommodate technology with air-conditioning and ventilation system. The roofs are covered partly with plats or gravel. A terrace is trained in the relay floor. The building should receive in support of the "Bauhaus" architecture a timeless modern character which knows to itself in plastered cubist building form. The stairwell is exposed over a big panoramic window to the north. All together the open living area is marked by the fluent crossings of the single rooms which can be separated partly by room-high sliding doors. The access to the relay floor occurs about a stair freely floating in the space which is exposed above a big glass front in the relay floor.
