We named the house after its rectangular simple form.
This is a project of a single-family, two-story house, with a garage and a carport. The whole is formed by a composition of cuboids, the most important and largest of which, two-story, is the body of the house.
An economical, contemporary minimalist aesthetic is proposed
An extensive terrace with space for greenery was covered with a rectangular form of loggia giving a view of the garden. This was the wish of the clients, since the plot on which the building is being constructed is quite long, and its second part is overgrown with trees. Access to the loggia is provided from the side of two large bedrooms, which are glazed. The living room is designed as a single-story open to the kitchen and dining area. Almost the entire wall of the living room on the garden side has been glazed, so that access to the terrace and garden is easy.
