Project concept: single-family residence designed in a gated community on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, south of Brazil. The front facade of the residence, has closed more respect for having a relationship with its unattractive exterior, and maintain the privacy of residents. In contrast, the facade of the funds is fully integrated with the outer area of the land and condominium area, which has green areas and a lake. Internally the house has integrated its social areas, with a spacious living with high ceilings on the living room with barbecue, indispensable in homes in southern Brazil. The house also has a suite on the ground floor and four upstairs.During the summer, the region goes through periods of intense heat, so the house has cross ventilation between the windows and the windows of the mezzanine and dining room, keeping the internal temperature pleasant even on hot days.
