This is a semi-detached house of about 4500sqm of GFA nestled within a residential enclave with great views on the highest level towards the secondary forest at Pierce Reservoir. The site is situated on the higher point of the slope, where its immediate neighbours ground level is lower, allowing the opportunity of an unobstructed view towards this secondary forest.
The design of the house was crafted to accommodate the idiosyncrasies of both Owners with their teenage daughter. The husband runs a landscaping company while the wife runs a garden spa. Both of which involves a green and relaxing environment where well-being is key. Hence it explains the presence of the koi pond, a pool with jacuzzi, a steam room, meditation/yoga room, a bar and a basement entertainment den. Natural and cross-ventilation to allow for a breezy interior was an important factor for them, so that doors and windows can be kept open at all time (in good weather) to invite the garden and the pond into the interior.
