"House at Hinata” is a trapezoidal-shaped house with views of rice fields, designed with no partitions and an open layout so that family members can interact more closely with each another. The house has a living room and a bathroom that are connected by a traditional "doma,” an outdoor-like space within a building. Located in the narrow space of the trapezoid, the doma has a roof and walls, and serves as a useful space in everyday life.
