The single-family house is located in Ljubljana on a small plot of 550 m2 with SW-NE orientation. The plot has a view towards the Krim on the south, and towards Orle to the north, so the design of the facade openings followed these conditions. The house is low-energy, made of wooden CLT panels, prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site. The ground floor represents the living space of the house with an open living room with dining room, toilet, wardrobe, kitchen, storage room, utility room and children's sleeping room. The space opens onto a green southern garden and a wooden outdoor terrace. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a toilet, a study room and 2 longitudinal terraces, one to the south and one to the north. The design of sliding wooden blinds on the southern facade controls the overheating of the building due to the southern sun and obscures views from neighbouring houses.
