With the ground floor construction taking up the entire plot we needed to be cautious when it came to distributing the layout into sections.  
Finally, we settled on separating the suite from the rest of the layout of the rooms. It is located in the ground floor and is linked to the studio through an interior courtyard. The day zone is located on the first floor, so taking advantage of the terrace.  The large skylight for the staircase provides natural light to the whole interior space and means that the floor containing the bedrooms and a children´s room can be arranged around it.  The façade, with vertical openings of large dimensions over a deliberately full background, reinterprets the typical compositions of the urban areas in the centre of Sabadell
