The staircase becomes the main point of the layout of the house and leads to the upper floor, where the parlour and terrace/courtyard are. Therefore we go up the noble area avoiding the painting workshop and the bedrooms, which are on the ground floor and the first floor respectively. At the same time an entrance of zenith light is created which lights up the interiors rooms of the housing.

The facade, which is made of white lime plasterwork and plywood waterproofing panels, reminds the facades of the old houses of the area, where the fullness is predominant rather than the emptiness and where the opening compositions are apparently fortuitous. The appearance of workable elements on the facade, such as the access door to the car park or the shutters, fades to get a heavier and homogeneous facade and it only stands out because of a change in size and material of the housing entrance. The mass feeling disappears when it gets the last floor and it minimizes the volumetric impact on a traditionally lower area. As a result we have a massive building and a changing composition which fits into the old houses of the street.
