Has 5400 m2 spread over 12 floors. It houses 120 double
rooms with an elegant interior design. The plot on which the building is
implanted within a block defined by a peripheral tissue existing between party
formed by buildings of low height. This condition defines an interior parcel
irregular and elongated, in which the hotel is perfectly embedded, emerging
from the existing buildings with a flat prism. The clarity and purity of the
prism is tempered and enriched by the concept "buble" circular holes
and spherical different sized sponge illuminating facades within days and
allowing a multiplicity of views over the city. At night the building would
become, thanks to the light that emanates from him through the same holes in a
large lamp. The entire interior of the hotel part of this concept that is
dominated by soft circular and spherical forms, both in the finishing of all
elements as in the furniture selected.
