The venture was developed under the premise of use by an executive audience, which seeks a practical solution for short stays. Located in one of the noblest areas of Porto Alegre, the building is the result of the search for volumes that most enhances the area built in the lot for the program in question. With integrated design solution, the compatibility between the disciplines is given from the initial design of the project seeking the complete integration of architecture and engineering, taking advantage of the most appropriate design solutions. The top floor has a terrace open to the visual Guaiba Lake, one of the postcards of the city. The Hotel is a venture with Architecture and Engineering developed by OSPA for Melnick Even with the Radisson RED Hotels Hotel Operation.
