Our team Mima Tran , Joshua Levine , P Thinh participate in the international competition for the expansion of hotels in Latvia . The time now is kind hotel 3 star hotel , do not meet international demand in the future , so the contest requires designing units to the investors providing 1 new look , developed from the old hotel , as appropriate with international trend in the future . We put forward the idea : keep the old hotel pristine , repair and reconstruction , the lobby area , as Sap utility , swiming , massage , cafe , restaurant , conference room 1 will be held in a modern cube , as opposed to from the hotel in order to respecting the boundaries of history and future . Main structural steel allow exceed aperture but shoring and main blocks are steel core space , has moved to fend traffic mortar buildings . Overall as full bands , allowing service areas and space to meet requirements of international drug requires hotel .
