The Intercontinental Hotel renovation located in the tourist area of Isla Verde is an elegant project designed with the intent of increasing the experience and pleasure of its visitors.
This 31,871 square feet remodeling project gathers works that included the Porte Cochere, the lobby, terrace spaces with a new canopy in shape of an eyebrow, the relocation of the bar with a more contemporary design, multiple ballroom spaces with pre-function areas, and the public restrooms.
One of the main challenges in the project included a new bar that served two spaces, the lobby and the exterior terrace space. After the completion of the concrete designed bar, the owners revealed that sales had doubled since its opening.
