The Hotel Grauer Bär is located in the historic center of San Candido in South Tyrol. The existing sauna area of the hotel was replaced and redesigned. A steam bath, a relaxation room and a large wet room were developed in the interior. These are complimented by 2 trapezoidal saunas with diagonal ridge at the rooftop. the parapet height of the sauna windows are elevated, in order to optimize the view of the mountains nearby.
