Modern Apart-Hotel in a residential area half-made it by Miguel Fisac (architect) and the owner of the ABC Journal (Torcuato Luca de Tena). These rooms were for the owners of the single houses rounding the Eurotel. Miguel Fisac draw 3 levels less than actual hight (to keep the bild into the wood: "pinos" in front of the sea)."Huesos" (concrete bones) designed by Fisac (postensados) in the entry and terraces, now half destructed to "renovate it" (snif)...There are many single houses near this bild: casa Fisac, Casa de las Hermanas Servera, etc.
