The study colombo + associates has been called to
realization an analysis on the project to change the intended use of a rural
area in the town of Salo-Roe Volciano in an area dedicated to the reception and
a 5 star deluxe hotel with beauty center annexed. The brifing of project has set guidelines for obtaining a
construction that meets the following requirements:Quality, security and exclusivity of the realization
high quality and innovative services
quality and sustainability and environmental
adaptability to tourism short-medium term
adaptability to bisiness tourism
flexibility of welcome to tourism in the short term.
The new facility will have the primary purpose of bridging
the obvious gap between lake location and not the lake location.
A fundamental requirement of the new structure will be the
standard quality of the hotel, which is positioned at a absolut level of
excellence.
The project includes service facilities such as, the
equestrian center, outdoor swimming pool with lake view, the wellness center
spa of prestige that offering treatments of vanguard and cultural center eno-gastro offering food and
drink with local taste of high gourmet.
The project is developed providing an structure of 150
rooms, which aims to prefect inclusion within the existing natural landscape.
