For DIN interiorismo color is the language of the interior space. The combination between the light and the color palette selected for each project, is the history that tell us the transformations generated in the different areas during the day and of course the activities that take place in them.
For DIN interiorismo the most important thing when designing a hotel is the experience that the person has to live when using it. Beside the basic concepts of: aesthetic, function and hygiene, the main thing is to remember that a hotel is not a house, it is a different space. And no mattering that the person is there for only one night, most receive all the messages that will make the stay something to remember, and more important an invitation to come back.
The hotel is located in a very busy avenue in Mexico City and surrounded by many competitors. The design concept was created to make Hotel Cuore stand out and of course attract the many possible clients that drive in front of it everyday.
Hotel Cuore has 14 villas, 38 standard rooms and 7 suites. Among the services and amenities for the clients the hotel has a restaurant, bar and parking lot. High quality finishes and materials were selected for the whole project, with reasonable cost and low maintenance on mind. The combination of materials and finishes are the main feature of the interior design project, generating the particular personality and ambiance.
The activities developed in every area were the core of the program and all the connections among them were designed with the functionality and flexibility needs of each one. Taking into consideration the high traffic of corridors and general areas, ceramic floors with wood imitation finish were selected for all the areas. The combination between oak and beech colors in an asymmetrical distribution allowed designing a different pattern for each area maintaining the same color scheme.
Inside the rooms the bathrooms have a combination of stainless steel and temper glass, combining with the poles located at the feet of the bed. This selection of materials and finishes give the rooms the contemporary atmosphere needed to enhance the concept. In the suites, the Jacuzzi was done in granite cast that allowed maintaining the harmony of the color palette used for the walls, plafond, curtains and bed covers.
