Located in Mamaia Nord in an area with an intensive development but with a lack of infrastructure, the Clas Hotel distinguishes itself as a white, sober and compact volume, resulted from the concern for sunlight, the speculation of the land’s slope and the presence of a public functional area on each side: reception, bar, restaurant and conference room. The rooms are facing the sea to the east, the green area to the south and the access area to the west, with the parking and service accesses on the north side. The external aspect relied on the shading effect given by the depth of the loggias uniformly distributed over the plain white volume’s facades.
