The Alameda Hotel is a building from the 60´s,
located in the city centre. The owners needed a first restoration of the basement floor
and the public areas, expecting to change the rest of the façade and the rooms
in the near future.
We designed the basement floor façade with a
geometrical fractal form witch be able to developed itself along all the
building façade in the future. This building was well-known by the classic arcs
of its basement; in the new design we have tried to reinterpret these architectural
forms with a contemporary design.
