The eastern block is intended for the utility rooms and access to the GMP unit. The western block is intended for the hospital's technical facilities, disinfection of used equipment and supply back to the building, as well as for the removal of rubbish.
The ground floor is used for staff, auxiliary, IT, storage, pharmacy, cafeteria, and for saying goodbye to loved ones, a room with a separate access away from the main traffic flow is designed.

The building is designed as a new "image" of the clinic which, in its volumetric expression, relates to the existing clinic buildings, and in its façade material and colour scheme, encourages a perspective of sustainability and elegance. The façade of the bildins is neutral, with a colour palette that focuses on longevity and the hospital's representativeness. The material chosen for the façade is stone masonry panels, the colour is beige. Part of the façade is recessed in order to accentuate the 'skeletal' effect of the façade and to adapt the façade to the purpose of the hospital. A tinted glass shopfront façade system is used. Natural, restrained finishes are used in the design of the building. The silhouette of the new building is intended to be in harmony with the surrounding buildings.
