This project aims to interconnect oceanfront landmarks along a coastal boardwalk designed to avoid land erosion, promote sand dune formation, and help local vegetation thrive by reusing rainwater and treated wastewater. The programmatic agenda included: Oceanview rooms, dining areas, watersport equipment stores, a gym, an exhibition room, a roofed space for tents, a gastronomic center, a local fishing pier, and a roofed plaza for commercial activities. The northern coast of Peru is visited by tourists all year round and presents a stable climate, except when El Nino Phenomena brings heavy rainfall and floods.
