The site is currently occupied by a nineteenth century warehouse
building, and is situated in a predominantly post-war suburb of
Horsham. Our proposal is for 4 terraced low energy houses, making use
of the south facing rear elevation of the terraced houses for
controlled solar gain and natural lighting, combined with passive stack
ventilation internally. Each pair of houses shares a communal garden.
