A Houston couple purchased this stunning, expansive property with panoramic views on Lake Travis and worked with Katheryn to develop their vision for a family compound. The existing 1940s house sits in the 100-year floodplain and will be demolished to make room for a series of separate one-story structures, including casitas for visiting family and friends, an office space and a master suite connected to the main house via a glass bridge. The contemporary stone buildings will feature sod roofs and metal canopies and surround entertaining spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and a negative edge pool overlooking the gorgeous lake view.
