Phase I of the Horizon Park Project is complete. The project is an initiative by IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam, a joint venture established in 2020 between Archetype Group and Group IDEC.
Located in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, Horizon Park is an industrial hub of four logistic and industrial buildings, including 70,000 square metres of ready-built warehouses and factories for rent. After nine months of construction and local inspection, the first phase has witnessed the completion of 20,000 square metres of one building, which spans over a land of 12 hectares. The three remaining buildings are expected to be completed by early 2025.
