Completed in March 2014 this property extension and adaptation provides the client with large, open contemporary spaces for living.
The project includes the conversion of a quadruple garage into a hydrotherapy suite with pool, an extension to link the existing property to the garages. The existing property underwent extensive remodelling including reconfiguration of its layout to offer accessible use, full automation of doors, windows and AV systems, as well as installation of ceiling mounted recessed X-Y hoist systems maintaining ceiling height and extensive specialist care equipment.
