The main goal was to create a building that accommodates 1500 cars avoiding all unnecessary ramps and access routes. With this mind the solution for the lay-out comprises 4 car freight elevators that transport all the vehicles from the ground floor entrance level till level 47 which is the last used for car parking. With this kind of conceptual approach all route spaces are omitted due to the versatility of the elevator platforms. The sustainability is achieve by the economy of resources and by the optimization use of space. The platforms not only allow a less complex plan one route scheme but also a clearer circular circuit whereeveryone can easily find a the space where they have left their car. All the levels are served by 4 lifts and one emergency stair.The central core of the building will be used as a technical shaft as well as structural column element. On the ground floor are located the main entrance hall with the reception, motorcycle and bicycle park, as well as the public restrooms, loading and storage areas. There are four car entrances and one pedestrian/ bicycle entrance. From the 1st till the 9th and from the 25th to the 29th floors floor are located small 75 sq meters apartments that allow the building to have different activities thus enabling a more diverse and lively urban role, enhancing the multi purpose character of the object, and integrating distinct timetables and ways of using the city. On the 30th floor is located the multipurpose area along with a 260sqm terrace thatcan be used for exterior activities such as public or commercial presentations, concerts or even exhibitions. On this floor are also located some office spaces as well as some back of house areas to serve the multi purpose space in case of need.
