One of Hong Kong’s main features is being framed by imposing mountains and
impressive nature, which can be admired due to the city’s decision of
respecting nature and building their cities around it. The proposal does not
surround but integrate nature in the building by its form and its friendly
features towards nature. This allows generating energy, recollecting pluvial
waters and capturing carbon dioxide generated by vehicular traffic in its
interior.

In order to maximize open areas in its surroundings, the building program is
concentrated in two floors. This generates a green belt between the perimeter
circulation highways (the entering highways) and the building itself.
