Located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, this large-fronted building on Honduras Street, solves a program of offices and commercial premises with a proposal that respects the traditional scale of the neighborhood. The upper floors are resolved with work cells in double bay, towards the front and the quiet part of the building, with a retreat that generates a double facade that responds to functional and climatic aspects. In these expansions, vegetation is possible, promoting the encounter, in addition to improving the working conditions by sifting the solar and noise incidence from the outside.In this search, mobile glass parasols that adapt to the movement of the sun, configure within frames of exposed concrete, a rhythm and modulation to the facade with a contemporary look. The building intelligently works the cut, developing an integrated access level to the subfloors, expanding the garage surfaces towards the bottom of the site. Finally, the retreats by code of the last two levels make it possible to crown this large concrete frame with vegetation, and provide those levels with a more silent and judicious formal criterion with their location in the building.
