Located in Kessler Woods, this four bedroom three story residence was designed in response to the existing site topography and the natural landscape of the surrounding community. The project spans the site at the seam between the upper and lower areas of the neighborhood creating a path from the street, through two interior courtyards, that lead to a pool at the highest elevation of the site.The primary living spaces of the house spiral up and around the central courtyard leading to a roof deck connecting the exterior public environment to the private interior courtyards. The Living Room and Master Bedroom span from the primary volume of the house to a central fireplace mass allowing for views into the interior courts.
