The existing resort is located in the town of Hoi An, in central Vietnam
coast, opposite one of the entrances to the ancient city.
The hotel, 10,876 m² '79, consists of 4 blocks ( 91
rooms, restaurant, access, spa and other rooms).
The project involves the reform of existing buildings, upgrading of the
facilities (rooms, access, restaurant, etc..) and the expansion of the
hotel complex with a function room, a bar and a set of shops
