Hoboken Terminal

STV is NJ Transit’s project manager for the restoration of its historic Hoboken Terminal and Yard Complex. STV led the team that developed the site’s master plan and is overseeing its implementation. The second phase of the three-phase, $115-million restoration of the multi-modal train and ferry terminal was completed in the spring of 2008. Design services for Phase III, which will restore passenger service to the ferry terminal, were completed in the fall of 2008 and construction of this phase will begin in the fall of 2009. Ferry passengers will once again be able to use this historic terminal in late 2011.
