The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) had a vision to develop a new School of Business Management and an Institute for Advanced Studies in 2006. Together with DLC+A, RLP is invited to enter an international competition to design a world-class learning campus. It seats on hill that commands panoramic sea-views.
A vibrant atmosphere and flexible layout are embraced under a flowing architectural form, creating a distinctive building for elites. Sustainability design has been conceived from master planning to building. Built with advanced technology and integrated state-of-the-art facilities, the design will become an iconic architecture of HKUST.
