Hiros Yakko San is an Asian Fusion restaurant where the owner, Hiro, had outgrown his space and needed to move into a larger more functional space.  The previous space was a Italian restaurant conversion and created no identity for the widely popular Sushi hot spot in North Miami.  Our team was brought in to identify the color scheme and adapt the finishes to the layout.  In creating the design, we reorganized and adjusted a number of the design elements including the cooking line, sushi bar and drinking bar.  This allowed for a more consistent flow of space and the finishes created a sense of destination for the clientele.  If you are an asian fusion fan, you need to visit Hiros Yakko San.  You will not regret it.
