''Comfort in the City''
Situated on the main street in Kemerburgaz, Him Cadde, brought to life with a modern architectural approach, comprises twenty-two residences and a shop.
The apartments, positioned on the street while also facing a tranquil lane, provide a retreat from the city's noise. Although the project boasts proximity to the city, it remains secluded from the bustling metropolis. It is a mere five minutes from Kemerburgaz metro station, fifteen minutes from the airport by car, and a five-minute walk from Gokturk center.
Upon entering the main entrance of Him Cadde, ivy begins to take over the architectural structure, complemented by hazelnut trees that enhance the project's landscape. The concrete floor of the walkway, adorned with stream pebbles along its edges, introduces simplicity to the urban lifestyle setting. The building, comprising two sister blocks (A and B), greets visitors with a reception at the main entrance of Block A.
EMPHASIS ON ART
Artistic elements are strategically placed throughout the building, including specially designed sculptures, graffiti, and paintings that elevate aesthetic perception, seamlessly integrating living spaces with art. The reception entrance painting and metal sculptures at the block entrances draw inspiration from modern architecture. The retaining wall, guided by open corridors, achieves an extraordinary appearance through street art.
COMFORT AND FUNCTIONALITY
Common areas feature dominant gray and earth tones, creating an organized harmony with the exterior. Long corridors and halls are meticulously designed to instill calmness and comfort in daily life. Aluminum doors, warming the concrete gray with blue undertones, exude confidence and positive vibes. Upon entering, a spacious corridor unfolds into the living room and kitchen. The architectural layout prioritizes homeowner comfort, with plans meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail to enhance a pleasant and functional lifestyle.
Light tones throughout the house contribute to a warm and bright atmosphere. The open kitchen and living room are optimized for functionality, while wooden floors and beige furniture enhance the sense of space. The guest room and bathroom, situated in the entrance corridor, feature a simple design concept. The guest bathroom's white ceramics are stylishly complemented by cross-laying green tiles.
