This was a joint venture between the City of Manhattan and HCW, LLC located adjacent to downtown Manhattan in the Downtown Redevelopment Entertainment District. The City of Manhattan owns the 440 space parking garage and 33,835 sq. ft. conference center, and HCW, LLC owns the hotel and operates both the conference center and garage.
The four-story Hilton Garden Inn is a focused-service Hilton franchise hotel with an indoor pool, fitness center and internet lobby. The hotel has a full service restaurant with sidewalk dining and a full bar. There is a direct connection to the conference center and parking garage from the lobby.
BR&P was responsible for the design and construction documents for structural, architectural, landscape and interior design for the conference center, parking garage and hotel.
