This new 54,000 SF medical and dental facility in Tacoma provides a 40-exam room family wellness clinic, a 19-exam room urgent care clinic, a twelve-chair family dental clinic, pharmacy and lab services as well as space for community out-reach offices. The clinic has a LEED Gold certification and is designed to accommodate a growing residency program with both administrative and residents' offices and classrooms. Clinic services are linked with nearby hospitals.
