A scheme for 104 apartments on a large site in an area of southeastern Sydney undergoing redevelopment. Controls and existing dwellings site directed the heights and layout which was to make a new street down the centre of the site with every building gaining address from this space. The larger north facing buildings enjoyed a view over a public park and back towards the Sydney CBD while the lower southern range of buildings enjoy the public open space down the centre of the site. Car parking was to be located below ground.
